Dine-with-the-Winemaker is one of Viva's most popular events! Every Tuesday night Bill Linder, know as 'the Wine Guy' brings in a local winemaker, to showcast their wines. You have the option of purchasing a taste, glass or bottle of the featured wine, as you enjoy your dinner. The Winemaker and Bill stroll around, and answer any questions you might have about the wine or winemaking process. This is a great opportunity to taste the fantastic wealth of wines of our own area.

The Winemakers love this informal style of winetasting as much as our clientele - which is what makes it such a fun event.
